About the event
The Malta Bartending Academy, in collaboration with Vino+ and Taverna in Bugibba, invites you join us for a 6-course Wine and Dine. Alain, chef patron has changed the concept of his restaurant but his dedication to good food is undeniable. Julian’s wines keep popping up and you will have the opportunity to try new wines, fresh vintages and some of his classics too.
Following a couple of productive meetings (with various wines tasted obviously), we discussed a couple of food pairings and some innovative dishes showcasing Alain’s intimate knowledge of flavours and attention to detail.
