“Suliccènti, in the dialect of eastern Sicily, signifies ‘sun from the west’. This white wine, from the Terre di Giurfo cantina, is characterized for its’ levels of refining and maturation. It is in fact, the exposition of the vines to the west, from which it originates, that confers a note that is distinct from many others.
