The Scilio Family are the fifth generation producing wine on our estate in Linguaglossa. It is a family tradition that we will safe guard and pass on to the future generations.

The Wine making philosophy is based on the careful cultivation of our vineyards to give us the best possible grape production for wines that preserve and reflect the characteristics of the Etna Terroir.

Each vineyard is harvested separately at full maturation. The grapes are hand picked for the selection of the best product and immediately processed.

Since 1815, from harvest to harvest and generation to generation, respecting traditions and improving the quality of our wines motivates our sincere enthusiasm and passion for our work.

The organic method of cultivation gives us fruit with a more intense aromatic flavour and is definitely more environmentally friendly and far better for our health.

The wines are left to mature in the cellar following the best practise methods to obtain the correct harmony and balance of the essence of the grapes.
