Each vineyard, in fact, is previously selected, then followed and controlled in production techniques according to the so-called agriculture system integrated, in compliance with the maximum yields per hectare established by winemakers with a constant commitment that requires continuous monitoring through systematic checks on the product, starting from the ripening of the grapes until their harvest.
