MICROCLIMATE: Typical of Etna area, with notable difference in temperatures between day and night.

SOIL: Volcanic soil, rich in minerals.

COLOR: Intense yellow with a golden hue.

BOUQUET: Delicate, fruity, intense, rich with hints of orange blossom and Etna broom.

TASTE: Dry , fresh, well balanced, sapid and pleasantly acid, long and persistent with flavours of white pulp fruit.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12- 14°C.

FOOD TO PAIR WITH: Elaborated fish dishes, white meats, fresh cheeses.
